Jih Lin Technology Co., LTD was established in 2000 A.D. and located in Nanzih Technology Industrial Park (formerly Nanzih Export Processing Zone) in 2003. Jih Lin Technology as a semiconductor lead frame manufacturer, with many years of technical experience, accumulated a number of unique mold technology and capabilities, according to the different needs of customers, to provide premium quality and reasonable price. In addition to our consistent stamping and plating production processes, we also enhance our high-precision and high-quality tooling capabilities, maintaining accuracy to within 0.001mm.

In 2017, Jih Lin Technology completed the merger and acquisition of three power device lead frame manufacturers from Sumitomo Metals (SMM): SH Precision Co., Ltd. (Japan); Suzhou SH Precision Co., Ltd. (China); Malaysian SH Precision Sdn Bhd (Malaysia). 

In 2018, the company's R&D and operation headquarters were officially opened, and the third factory was officially put into operation in 2019, with a complete production line of stamping machines and electroplating equipment, And the purchase of related analytical instruments and equipment, which will help to increase the market share of high-end power lead frames, and Jih Lin is currently the world's top three power component lead frame manufacturers.
