Jih Lin Technology Co., LTD was established in 2000 A.D. and relocated to the Nanzih Technology Industrial Park (formerly Nanzih Export Processing Zone) in 2003. As a semiconductor lead frame manufacturer, Jih Lin Technology has accumulated many years of technical experience, having developed a range of unique mold technology and capabilities. We provide premium quality products at reasonable prices to meet the diverse needs of our customers. In addition to offering integrated processes from stamping to plating, Jih Lin also develops high-precision and high-quality tooling capabilities, with processing accuracy up to 0.001mm.
In 2017, Jih Lin Technology completed the merger and acquisition of three power device lead frame manufacturers from Sumitomo Metals (SMM): SH Precision Co., Ltd. (Japan), Suzhou SH Precision Co., Ltd. (China), and Malaysian SH Precision Sdn Bhd (Malaysia).
In 2018, Jih Lin's R&D and operation headquarters were officially launched. The third factory was officially put into operation in 2019, featuring a complete production line of stamping machines and electroplating equipment. Additionally, we acquired related analytical instruments and equipment, which helps to increase the market share of high-end power lead frames. Jih Lin Technology currently stands as one of the world's top three manufacturers of power component lead frames.

Focusing on customers' requirements, all tooling is designed and analyzed by our R&D team. If any issues arise, they are immediately discussed and resolved collaboratively by the R&D department, tooling manufacturing department, and production department, ensuring the issues are addressed in the shortest possible time.
Production
High-precision, high-quality semiconductor lead frames and plating process are crucial components of the IC packaging process. To provide our customers with more competitive products, Jih Lin Technology offers an integrated production process from stamping to plating and continuously develops new tooling to meet customer demands.

With government environmental approval, we manage waste by prioritizing waste reduction during production, followed by resource recycling, and finally, waste disposal.
Reduce the Energy Resource
Obtained government approval for water waste prevention. According to different areas, some facilities are used to recycle water. Regarding electricity, Jih Lin has defined different types of power switches and promotes turning off lights when leaving.
