Social Welfare Maintenance

  1. Regular conduct conference for evaluating labor welfare to maintenance employees’ right, by following the principle of labor human rights.
  2. Organize and convene the labor-management conference and employee welfare committee under the law. Employees can be protected via these organizations.
  3. Maintain the facility in safe and clean precautions. Regularly arrange labor health check every year.
  4. Cooperate with universities to indicate industry-academic education and training programs to achieve creation and innovation.
  5. Encourage employees to participate in social service activities.
  6. Establishing "Supplier Evaluation Procedures"
    We will assess suppliers for any records that may impact the environment and society, serving as an important reference for vendor selection.
  7. Implementation of Social Welfare Promotion Plan:
  • Objective: We focus on social dynamics and, through the participation of all employees, implement activities related to environmental protection, culture, and social care to promote the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • Our company will regularly implement (including but not limited to) the following activities based on relevant conditions:
  1. Cultural and Sports Sponsorship Events
  2. Employee Blood Donation Event
  3. Beach and Mountain Cleanup Activity
  4. Support Activities for Vulnerable Groups
