Social Responsibility Commitment

- In accordance with the CSR Code of Conduct and government laws, the company strives to protect and safeguard the workers’ working environment, conditions, places, rights and obligations. Ensuring they are treated equally and properly in terms of health and safety, occupational security, and fair remuneration.
The Company complies with the provisions of social responsibility:
Voluntary work and humane treatment
- The company adheres to the spirit of zero fees for social responsibility, and shall not charge employees any recruitment or placement fees. Any such collected fees must be refunded to the employee within 90 days of discovery.
- Employees are never subjected to forced labor or physical restrictions, and they are free to enter and leave workplaces and dormitories (except in controlled areas).
- Employees are not managed in a disciplinary or inhuman manner.
- Respect and protect the personal dignity of employees and prohibit abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion and verbal abuse of employees.
- No compulsory prisoner labor.
- The company does not illegally or arbitrarily withhold employees' identity documents, passports, residence permits, work permits and other original personal documents.
- Employees have the right to decide whether to work overtime, take time off, or resign, and will not be punished due to these things. The relevant procedure must be completed in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
Prohibition of child labor and protection of young workers
- Confirm the age of the employee.
- Never employ children who do not meet the minimum age for employment stipulated in the law.

- Never illegally employ technical students / apprentices / interns / student workers / development workers / trainees / students in cooperative education programs.
- If hiring technical students etc., the company will provide a legal workplace and on-the-job training program that complies with all legal requirements.

- The company shall establish and implement a system of working hours and overtime in accordance with the law.
Wage and benefits system
- The Company provides salaries higher than the statutory minimum wage, and correctly calculates wages for normal working and overtime hours, using a benefit system that surpasses statutory benefits.
Non-discrimination / Non-harassment / Humane treatment
- No company personnel shall discriminate or harass any individual on the basis of race, colour, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, race or ethnicity, disability, pregnancy, religion, trade union membership, political position, social class, nationality, religion, group background, veteran status or marital status.
- The Company prohibits any threats, abuse, exploitation or sexual harassment, including gestures, language and physical contact.
- The Company shall not interfere with the election, rules, regulations and operation of employees' trade unions, nor in the freedoms and rights of individuals based on race, social class, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender orientation, etc.
- If employees identify any discrimination by the Company, they may file a complaint, either verbally or in writing. The Company will respond to the complainant's follow-up status, either verbally or in writing, within a certain period of time.
- Employees or prospective employees are not allowed to undergo discriminatory medical or physical examinations, such as pregnancy or virginity tests.
- If employees need to perform religious activities, the Company shall provide reasonable accommodation, such as providing activity venue, adjusting working hours, or dress code requirements.

Encouraging free association among all employees and ensuring open labor-management communication
- Respect the rights and interests of employees to freedom of assembly and association, and encourage employees to form and join trade unions or various types of associations.

Health and safety
- Provide a healthy and safe working environment and provide the necessary protective equipment and measures to maintain the health and safety of all employees. Use hazard identification, hazard level control and continuous staff training to ensure effective mitigation of work hazards.

Environmental protection requirements
- Through the ISO14001 environmental management system, the Company implements the provisions of the Environmental Ordinance to ensure compliance with regulations, reduction of environmental hazards and energy conservation and carbon reduction, and proper control of hazardous substances (including prohibited substances), solid waste and emissions.
- Properly manage water resources and establish clear greenhouse gas reduction targets to publicly disclose relevant environmental data.

- The Company uses minerals in a responsible manner. The Company commits to not directly or indirectly procure or use “conflict minerals” produced in violation of the 'OECD Due Diligence Guidance.
